1. Medical Disclaimer

Virelle Aesthetics provides doctor-led, non-invasive cosmetic treatments using needle-free technology. However:

• Our services are strictly cosmetic and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for any treatment or product application.
• You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications prior to any treatment.

2. Smart Product Range

Our Smart Skin, Smart Body, and Smart Hair products are formulated with high-quality, vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients.

• Allergies: Please review the ingredient list carefully before use. Perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Virelle Aesthetics is not liable for allergic reactions.
• Returns/Refunds: Due to the nature of skincare products, we only accept returns of unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase. If a product is defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance.
• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
